As the data steward for Team Open Science, I support Ghent University researchers in developing a solid research data management strategy through training, one-on-one consultations, and online guidance. I am the point of contact for researchers from the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering and the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture.

During my scientific career, I have built and applied my expertise in computational biology to develop and deploy solutions that enable data-driven discovery. I had roles as a data analyst, scientific expert, and project leader. While working as a PhD student and postdoc, I have gained scientific expertise in diverse areas of plant biology and biotechnology as well as computational biology and bioinformatics.
