The Advisory Board
The Advisory Board for VIB Training & Conferences serves as an advisory body, providesing strategic guidance and forward‑looking recommendations for the programme.
It plays a key role in supporting Training & Conferences by:
- Providing guidance on the long-term vision, strategic objectives, and key priorities, thereby contributing to strategic coherence and future readiness.
- Contributing specialized knowledge and experience from an outside perspective.
- Acting as an independent sounding board by offering external perspectives on strategic challenges and emerging opportunities.
- Supporting the development of networks by facilitating access to relevant partners and stakeholders and strengthening collaborative opportunities.
