Linyi Gao received a B.S. in chemistry and M.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford and is currently a PhD student in Department of Biological Engineering working under Dr. Feng Zhang at MIT and the Broad Institute. His research interests include applying protein engineering, directed evolution, and bioinformatics to develop tools for mammalian genome editing.
