Ethan is a fifth-year doctoral student in the Vitek Lab, part of the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. His research focuses on statistical analysis of mass spectrometry imaging data, specifically investigating differential abundance of multi-tissue datasets with complex experimental designs. Ethan is currently developing workflows for Cardinal for MSI to promote statistical rigor through open-source implementations and accessibility of complex statistical methods to experimentalists and biostatisticians.
