I started working for VIB BioImaging core Leuven in 2010 after finishing a bachelor's in pharmaceutical lab techniques. Over the years, I grew from a basic light microscopist to an experienced one.

I'm responsible for training, QC, troubleshooting, experimental design, billing, image analysis, and other administrative tasks. Because of the large size of our microscopy park, we have a broad knowledge/expertise with a range of microscopy techniques and brands.
In this way, we provide the right (state-of-the-art) tools for people in our department and beyond to address all their microscopy, imaging, and image-processing needs.
