Juliette Griffié studied in France for her undergrads and Masters, with majors in Engineering and Physics. She joined the laboratory of Prof D. Owen for her PhD in Biophysics at King’s College London (UK) in 2014. Her PhD research project combined advanced light microscopy techniques and analysis tools development to study T cells at the molecular level. In 2020, she was awarded an MSCA post-doctoral fellowship, in the laboratory of Prof S. Manley at EPFL (Switzerland) to develop machine learning based frameworks dedicated to super resolution microscopy acquisition and images. In 2023, she started her research group: the Computational Microscopy for Cell Biology lab (https://www.scilifelab.se/researchers/juliette-griffie/) at SciLifeLab in Stockholm.
