Mirasbek Kuterbekov is a Principal at Ki Tua Fund leading their European practice. Ki Tua invests at the frontier of agrifood, biotechnology and health as the corporate venture arm of Fonterra, one of the world’s leading dairy companies. His path to investing was shaped by hands-on scientific and operator experience. He built and led research teams at Hoxton Farms, a cultivated fat biotech, and earlier worked as a tech scout with Dow Corporate Ventures. He then moved fully into venture as a Principal at Thia Ventures, an early-stage global fund focused on food, biotech, and health. Mirasbek holds a double PhD in Materials Science and Biotechnology from Université Catholique de Louvain and Université Grenoble Alpes and serves as an Independent IC Member at biotope by VIB.
